Is there an age limit to enter the event?
The haunted attractions are scary and is not recommended for anyone under the age of 8, although we will leave that decision up to the individual.
How does the "call to queue" work?
At the ticket booth, you and/or your group will get a number. Pay attention to the display board (near the hayride entrance) and watch for your number. When your number is shown, head to the entrance. Eat, drink and be merry while you wait!
What should I wear?
This is an outdoor event on a farm, dress accordingly. You must wear rugged shoes- no sandals, high heals or flip flops.
Are you open if it rains?
Our hayride runs on steep terrain and with safety being our first concern, there may be nights where we need to shut down due to weather. We will post no later than 4pm on Facebook and our website for that evening if we feel conditions will not permit us to run.
Do you take credit cards?
If you want to buy tickets with a credit card, you must buy online as we only take cash at the event (ATM onsite)
What is the refund policy?
No refunds for any reason!!!
Do you sell food and beverages?
Yes, there is a concession stand with food and drinks. Make sure to order the French fries that are home grown right on our family farm!
How long does it take to go through everything?
This depends on the evening, but plan on a minimum of 1 hour for the haunts. Plan on spending 2 1/2 hours here on a busy evening.
Can I buy just a ticket for the hayride?
No. We offer one general admission ticket and that will get you into all attractions and 6 Feet Under midway.
What time do you open and close?
Please see our hours page on our website www.lehighvalleyscreampark.com for the ticket booth opening times. The Hayride will open promptly at dark and the haunted house will open 30 minutes after them. The hayride and haunts close after the last customer goes through. No one will be left in after the ticket booth closes.
What is my parking options getting to the event?
Free parking is available on site.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No food or alcohol is allowed into the Screampark.
Are my tickets transferable to another evening?
Yes, any tickets purchased online can be used on any evening of that season.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your ticket will be scanned in at the entrance so you must have either the printed ticket or the ticket on your mobile device.
Will I be touched by the actors?
No, the actors can not touch you. No, you can not touch them! Purchase a “no scare” glow necklace if you choose!
Rules
- No outside food or drinks allowed
- No firearms, sharp objects/knives, backpacks, fanny packs or bags are permitted- security checkpoint onsite
- Once on the property you cannot go back and forth to your car
- No go pros or video is allowed
